They are made with stabilized Acorn Caps with Alumilite Resin

The blanks are all > 7/8" x 7/8" and 5 3/4" long or greater

The blanks have been put under pressure to minimize bubbles

I do sell some knife scales that may have small holes or bark inclusions as I like the natural look of it when on a knife
