Viña Cubillo Rioja Crianza - Lopez de HerediaLopez de Heredia one of the most venerable producers in Spain produces traditional, age worthy Rioja. Their wines are legendary and still made the way they were when the winery was founded over 130 years ago. Made up of 65% Tempranillo, 25% Garnacho, 10% Graciano, and Mazuelo. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in large oak vats and the wine is aged for three years in barrel, and at least another 3 years in bottle before being released.
